Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of mental health issues and therapy modalities.
- Proven track record of program development and implementation in a counseling setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Preferred:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology or a related field.
