Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a veterinary technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) and a strong understanding of veterinary protocols.
- Experience in managing a veterinary practice or clinic, including staff supervision and operational oversight.
Preferred:
- Experience with specialty or emergency veterinary medicine.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and external partners.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency with veterinary practice management software and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, surgical techniques, and diagnostic imaging.
- Ability to utilize medical equipment such as ultrasound, X-ray machines, and laboratory analyzers.
