Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to our animal patients. Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in veterinary medicine
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a veterinary technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of veterinary medical practices, procedures, and equipment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a specialty veterinary practice or emergency veterinary care
- Continuing education in veterinary management or leadership
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
