Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with logistics software and systems, including TMS and WMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to drive logistics performance improvements.
