We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Logistics to spearhead our supply chain operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing logistics strategies that deliver measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain data analysis and performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are highly desirable
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in logistics software and tools, including TMS and WMS
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools
- Understanding of lean and Six Sigma methodologies
