Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with supply chain management software and tools, including ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA.
- Experience in a related industry such as manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory optimization techniques and demand forecasting methodologies.
