- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on logging equipment to ensure operational readiness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience operating logging equipment in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of logging operations, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in the use of GPS and other technology to enhance logging efficiency and accuracy.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced logging equipment and technology, including automated systems.
- Certification in forestry and logging safety practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
