Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Locksmith to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' properties by providing expert locksmith services, including lock installation, repair, and maintenance. Responsibilities
- Perform high-security lock installations, repairs, and replacements for a variety of locking mechanisms.
- Conduct thorough assessments of security needs and recommend appropriate locking solutions.
- Provide emergency locksmith services, including lockouts and urgent repairs, ensuring swift response times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest locking technologies and security systems.
- Train and mentor junior locksmiths on best practices and advanced techniques.
- Manage inventory of locksmithing tools and supplies, ensuring efficient operations.
- Document all service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as a Master Locksmith, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Valid locksmith certification and licensing, as required by local regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of various lock types, security systems, and key cutting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic locking systems and access control technologies.
- Knowledge of safe installation and servicing.
- Familiarity with advanced locksmith software and tools.
