Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Experience with case management software or legal document management systems

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
