Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Leasing Manager to oversee and optimize leasing operations across multiple properties within your assigned region. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in property management and leasing strategies to drive occupancy rates, maximize revenue, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for assigned properties
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants through effective sales techniques and property showings
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
- Lead and mentor leasing agents, providing guidance to optimize their performance
- Analyze leasing data and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making
- Manage lease negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and company policies
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in leasing or property management, with a proven track record of achieving occupancy targets
- Strong understanding of real estate leasing practices and market dynamics
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in managing a team and driving performance in a multi-property environment
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations and compliance requirements
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or similar
- Ability to analyze market data and leverage insights to inform leasing strategies
- Experience with CRM tools to manage tenant relationships and lead tracking
