Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in laboratory operations or management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (PhD or Master’s degree)
- Experience in a clinical laboratory or biotechnology environment
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
