Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on operational management
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a laboratory environment
- Familiarity with laboratory management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and methodologies relevant to the field
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
