Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Laboratory Operations to lead our innovative laboratory team in optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute laboratory operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Oversee the management of laboratory resources, including personnel, equipment, and reagents, to ensure optimal utilization and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, technology integrations, and capacity expansions to support research and development initiatives.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess laboratory performance, drive accountability, and identify areas for further enhancement.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring and developing laboratory staff, promoting professional growth, and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in laboratory operations or management within a scientific or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading laboratory teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of laboratory compliance, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with lean laboratory principles and methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in laboratory operations, including sample management, assay development, and quality control.
