Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
- Proven track record of successful project management in a scientific research environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
