Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Knowledge Management to lead our strategic initiatives in managing and optimizing knowledge assets across the organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with organizational goals and enhances knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in knowledge management systems and tools, including content management, collaboration platforms, and data analytics.
