Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Knowledge Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the organization in capturing, organizing, and disseminating essential information and knowledge, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made efficiently and effectively. You'll play a key part in fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems and processes
- Collect, curate, and organize knowledge resources, ensuring easy accessibility for team members
- Support the creation of knowledge assets, including documentation, training materials, and best practice guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and recommend solutions
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to promote a culture of learning
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content management systems, databases, or collaboration tools
- Understanding of knowledge management principles and practices
- Experience in conducting training or facilitation sessions
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with knowledge management software such as Confluence, SharePoint, or similar
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
