Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Knowledge Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems that facilitate information sharing and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior analysts to gather and analyze data, ensuring that the knowledge base is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior analysts to gather, organize, and catalog knowledge assets, including documents, processes, and best practices.
- Assist in the development of knowledge management frameworks and workflows that ensure information is accessible and actionable.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify gaps in existing knowledge and recommend improvements.
- Support the creation and updating of knowledge articles, ensuring clarity, relevance, and accuracy.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and training initiatives to promote the use of knowledge management tools across the organization.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for knowledge management and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Preferred:
- Experience with knowledge management systems or content management systems.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Understanding of information architecture and taxonomy concepts.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
