Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and elevate our brand's gastronomic offerings. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills and performance of culinary staff.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in kitchen management or culinary leadership roles, with a proven track record of high-volume food production.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and inventory management practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Experience with remote kitchen operations and virtual team management.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
