Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Cook Supervisor to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Cook in planning and executing daily meal production while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

- Monitor inventory levels, assisting in ordering and purchasing of ingredients to maintain stock.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Assist in menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking methods.
- Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration and effective communication among kitchen staff.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a kitchen environment, with a focus on food preparation and cooking.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced culinary setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Basic knowledge of menu planning and inventory management.
Preferred:
- Culinary degree or relevant certification.
