Role Overview
We are looking for a Keno Runner to join our dynamic and innovative gaming team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Keno games, providing exceptional service to our players, and assisting in the overall management of Keno operations. Your attention to detail and customer-centric approach will be key to creating an engaging gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate and timely execution of Keno games, including validating tickets and managing game results
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting players with inquiries and ensuring a positive gaming experience
- Monitor game activities to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve game delivery
- Report and address any technical issues that may arise during game operations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and game results
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Preferred:
- Experience in a gaming or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with Keno or lottery games
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using gaming software and ticket validation systems
- Basic understanding of data entry and reporting tools
