Role Overview
As a Casino Floor Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the operations on the casino floor run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will include delivering exceptional service to guests, managing the flow of games, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere that enhances the overall gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the gaming floor to ensure all games are running smoothly and that guests are satisfied with their experience.
- Provide assistance to dealers and guests, ensuring compliance with established casino rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to promote a seamless operation, including food and beverage services and security.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff to uphold service standards.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of casino games and operations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
Preferred:
- Experience in a casino or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other casino management software.
- Familiarity with gaming operations and security protocols.
