Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and job placement software.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of various employment sectors.
- Familiarity with job market trends and employment laws.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Understanding of online job boards and social media platforms for job recruitment.
