Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Employment Counseling Manager to lead our team of dedicated counselors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding individuals towards meaningful employment opportunities. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, human resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in employment counseling or workforce development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful counseling programs and services.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face in the job market.
- Certification in career counseling or related professional certification.
- Demonstrated experience in program evaluation and quality assurance.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using case management software and client tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports to inform program decisions.
- Familiarity with online job search platforms and labor market information systems.
