Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Job Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in conducting job analyses, gathering and analyzing data, and providing insights that drive strategic workforce decisions. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to creating efficient job structures within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of job analysis methodologies and frameworks
- Gather data through surveys, interviews, and observations to understand job roles and responsibilities
- Analyze job descriptions, requirements, and competencies to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Support the creation of comprehensive job profiles that outline key responsibilities and performance indicators
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify job-related challenges and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of job analysis processes and findings
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in job analysis and workforce planning
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Experience with data analysis tools or HR software
- Familiarity with job evaluation methods and performance management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and job evaluation software
