Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of products while minimizing excess stock and maximizing operational efficiency. You will leverage data analytics to inform inventory decisions and work closely with cross-functional teams to support our supply chain objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce carrying costs

- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with business needs
- Manage inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports for senior management
- Train and mentor junior staff on inventory best practices and system usage
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies such as FIFO, LIFO, and JIT
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software
