- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in training and mentoring warehouse staff on inventory management best practices.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to track inventory movements and generate reports.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role or supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite, SAP).
- Understanding of barcode scanning systems and RFID technology.
