We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Inventory Management to lead our inventory optimization initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, with a progressive leadership background.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory control methodologies, including just-in-time (JIT) and economic order quantity (EOQ).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and inventory management software.
- Experience with forecasting models and demand planning techniques.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain technologies.
