We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Intellectual Property to join our leadership team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive intellectual property strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of [$COMPANY_NAME].

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in intellectual property law, including significant experience in managing IP portfolios and litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated expertise in patent law and intellectual property strategy within a technology-driven industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal and technical issues.
Preferred:
- Experience in overseeing international intellectual property matters and cross-border legal issues.
- Prior experience working within or advising technology, biotech, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, life sciences) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in intellectual property management software and databases.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical documents and scientific literature.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends that may impact intellectual property strategy, such as AI, blockchain, and digital assets.
