Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Managing Partner to lead our organization and drive growth initiatives. Responsibilities

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure sustainable growth

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading organizational change
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
