Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Integration Manager to lead our integration strategies and processes across various systems and platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between internal and external systems, optimizing workflows, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities and drive successful implementation of solutions that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integration strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance operational performance.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions for various systems, including APIs, middleware, and data integration platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration needs, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Oversee integration testing and validation processes to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolution and implementing preventive measures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously evaluating and recommending tools and methodologies for integration.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in integration management, systems integration, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Proficient in tools and technologies such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or similar integration platforms.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in the [specific industry or domain, e.g., healthcare, finance, etc.] sector.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with cloud services and deployment models.
