Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in instructional design or related fields, with a proven track record of leading successful learning initiatives.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Preferred:
- Experience in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assessment tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis tools to evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Experience with multimedia production and graphic design software.
