Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Owner/Operator to lead our unique inn, where exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence converge. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to manage and innovate the inn's operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maximizing profitability and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of inn operations, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline workflows
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and cost control
- Cultivate a positive team culture, mentoring staff to provide outstanding service and uphold our brand values
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Lead marketing initiatives to drive occupancy rates and enhance the inn's online presence
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar operational role
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong guest relationships
Preferred:
- Experience in the bed and breakfast or boutique hotel sector
- Familiarity with property management systems and online booking platforms
- Knowledge of local tourism trends and community engagement strategies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
- Data analysis skills for performance metrics and guest feedback
