Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in hotel operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple departments and driving operational excellence in a hospitality setting.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience with luxury or boutique hotel operations.
- Proven ability to drive change and lead transformation initiatives within an organization.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and other operational software.
- Strong understanding of revenue management strategies and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
