Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license and relevant certifications (e.g., RRT, CRT).
- Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy practices, equipment, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital or multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and data analytics in healthcare.
