Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Pension Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients’ pension plans by providing analytical insights and administrative support. You will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals while contributing to projects that directly impact our clients' retirement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and management of client pension plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making processes for clients
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop recommendations based on client needs and industry best practices
- Participate in client meetings, preparing documentation and presentations to communicate findings effectively
- Support the implementation of pension plan changes and enhancements, tracking progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create meaningful reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of pension plans and retirement benefits is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or work experience in the financial services or consulting industry
- Familiarity with pension regulations and compliance standards
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASPPA, CEBS) or a willingness to pursue them
