Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of pension strategies
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to clients on pension-related topics to enhance their understanding and engagement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in pension consulting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of pension regulations, plan design, and compliance issues
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or Enrolled Actuary (EA)
- Experience with both defined benefit and defined contribution plans
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in pension administration software and tools
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling
