Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Retirement Plan Manager to oversee the administration and management of our retirement plan offerings. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with federal regulations, enhancing participant engagement, and optimizing plan performance to meet the needs of our employees. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of retirement plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA, IRS, and other regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement communication strategies that enhance employee understanding of retirement benefits.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and negotiate contract terms that align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze plan performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on retirement plan provisions and compliance issues.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retirement plan management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and best practices in retirement plan administration.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Retirement Plan Professional (RPP).
- Experience with retirement plan design and implementation.
- Demonstrated success in vendor management and contract negotiations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in retirement plan administration software and tools.
