Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in immigration law as a paralegal, with a focus on both non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, procedures, and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- Experience in family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, or asylum cases.
