- Assist in the training and development of junior paralegals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on litigation or corporate law
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and regulations
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software, with a track record of high-quality legal writing
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred:
- Experience leading or managing a team of paralegals or legal assistants
- Familiarity with electronic discovery tools and case management software
- Certification from a recognized paralegal association
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
- Experience with document management systems and e-filing procedures
- Knowledge of compliance management tools and practices
