Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in hydraulic engineering or a related discipline, including internships.
- Fundamental understanding of hydraulic principles and water resource management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic engineering software applications.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, EPANET, SWMM).
- Experience with GIS tools and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics, focusing on water conveyance and distribution systems.
- Experience with design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Understanding of relevant environmental regulations and engineering standards.
