Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic, with at least 2 years specializing in hybrid vehicles.
- ASE certification in Hybrid and Electric Vehicles.
- Proficient understanding of hybrid powertrains, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a service environment.
- Knowledge of advanced diagnostic software and tools specific to hybrid vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in diagnosing and repairing hybrid vehicle systems, including electric motors, batteries, and control systems.
