Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with a focus on leadership roles within high-volume settings.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing hotel performance and achieving operational goals.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Preferred:
- Experience in multiple property management or regional operations roles.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Maestro, or similar.

- Experience implementing technology solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational workflows.
