Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Hotel Operations to lead our operational excellence across all properties under the [$COMPANY_NAME] brand. Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage hotel general managers and regional directors to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Oversee the execution of operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Analyze operational metrics, financial performance, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and human resources, to drive revenue growth and enhance brand positioning.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through training, development, and engagement of hotel staff.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in hotel management or operations, with a proven track record of driving operational performance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Deep understanding of hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and guest expectations.
- Exceptional financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
Preferred:
- Experience with luxury or upscale hotel brands.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and revenue management software.
- Experience with data analytics tools to support operational decision-making.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs and metrics.
