Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Hospital Attendant to oversee and enhance the patient care experience within our healthcare facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise and train hospital attendants in their duties, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards

- Conduct regular inspections of patient areas to maintain cleanliness and safety protocols
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing concerns and ensuring effective communication

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or related field is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of patient care protocols and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Training in first aid, CPR, or related healthcare certifications
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
