Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Health Coaching Manager to lead our team of health coaches in transforming the wellness experience for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing coaching strategies that empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based practices and personalized support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of health coaches, providing guidance on best practices, coaching methodologies, and professional development.

- Analyze client data and feedback to continuously improve coaching approaches, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and health outcomes.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching programs, leveraging metrics to drive enhancements and demonstrate impact.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in health coaching or wellness program management, with a proven track record of achieving client health outcomes.
- Strong understanding of health behavior change principles and coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification from a recognized coaching organization (e.g., ICF, NBHWC).
- Experience with program evaluation and data analysis to inform decision-making.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
