Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Training Manager to lead our training programs and enhance the fitness journey of our clients. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of fitness training initiatives that align with our mission to promote health and wellness. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive fitness training programs tailored to diverse client needs and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and train fitness staff, ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional training experiences.
- Conduct assessments and provide personalized training plans based on individual client evaluations.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly to optimize results and maintain motivation.
- Foster a team-oriented culture, encouraging continuous professional development and collaboration among fitness staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of fitness equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fitness training and management roles.
- Current certifications in personal training and group fitness (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
- Proven track record of developing successful training programs and achieving client fitness goals.
- Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.
Preferred:
- Experience in a managerial position within a fitness or wellness organization.
- Certification in specialized fitness programs (e.g., Pilates, Yoga, HIIT).
- Knowledge of marketing strategies for fitness programs and client engagement techniques.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in fitness assessment tools and software for tracking client progress.
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment and facility management.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and digital fitness solutions.
