Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Health Care Manager to join our team. This role will support the Health Care Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of health care operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

- Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring timely communication among interdisciplinary teams and facilitating a seamless patient experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes within the health care facility.
- Participate in staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a health care setting, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of health care regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred:
