Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Healthcare Administrator to support the operational functions of our healthcare facility. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or operational role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing processes
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and healthcare management software
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support operational decisions
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems and databases
