Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead our healthcare organization’s administrative functions. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a proven track record of success in operational management
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions

- Experience in a senior administrative role within a hospital or healthcare system
