Role Overview
We are seeking a Grassland Conservation Manager to lead our initiatives in preserving and enhancing grassland ecosystems. This pivotal role will involve strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the sustainability and biodiversity of grassland habitats. As a key member of our conservation team, you will be responsible for implementing innovative conservation practices and driving impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute conservation strategies to protect and restore grassland ecosystems, focusing on biodiversity and ecosystem health.
- Manage and oversee multiple conservation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with local communities, landowners, and governmental agencies to foster partnerships and promote conservation efforts.
- Conduct field assessments and ecological monitoring to evaluate the health of grassland habitats and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead outreach and educational initiatives to raise awareness about the importance of grassland conservation among stakeholders and the public.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in conservation management, with a specific focus on grassland ecosystems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing conservation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of grassland ecology, restoration techniques, and sustainable land management practices.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including governmental agencies, NGOs, and local communities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies governing land use and conservation.
- Published research or contributions to conservation literature.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
