Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grants Manager to oversee the grant administration process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering relationships with funding organizations. Responsibilities
- Lead the grant proposal development process, collaborating with program teams to articulate project goals, objectives, and budgets.

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of grant applications and reports, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

- Prepare and submit timely reports and updates to funding organizations, showcasing project progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated on funding opportunities, trends, and best practices in grant management to maximize organizational effectiveness.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public administration, nonprofit management, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in grant management or administration, demonstrating a strong understanding of the grant lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successful grant writing and fundraising efforts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and guidelines.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with federal, state, and private funding sources.
- Familiarity with grant management software and data tracking systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for budget management and reporting.
- Experience with grant management software (e.g., Fluxx, GrantHub) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
