Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Grants Coordinator to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. - Maintain comprehensive records of grants and funding sources, including documentation of activities and outcomes
- Conduct regular reviews of grant reports and assist with the preparation of interim and final reports to funders
- Assist in the development and implementation of grant policies and procedures
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or Business
- 2+ years of experience in grant writing, administration, or coordination within a nonprofit or academic environment
- Strong understanding of grant funding sources, including federal, state, and private foundations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience with grant management software and tools
- Familiarity with budget development and financial reporting for grants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with grant management systems and database management
